Jack Robert Heyden touched the world in many ways: leaving a legacy of love, generosity, compassion and kindness. Outgoing, thoughtful and friendly to everyone he met; he found great joy in the company of others. He led a beautiful life and adored his family. He will be missed every single day by many. He was a best friend and devoted husband of 39 years to Teri nee Kaufman; adoring son of the late Ruth and Roy Heyden; loving son-in-law to Sharon (and the late Leon) Kaufman, extraordinary father of Jamie (Dr. Jason) Robin and Todd (Hillary) Heyden; the most special Papa Jack to Charlie, Ryder, Liza, Blake and Hudson; fond brother to Diane (Jack) Chamberlin. Jack will be remembered always for his love of family, friends and life. Chapel service, Wednesday, July 20th, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
